Right to Withdrawal and Return of Goods
The buyer (consumer) has the right to notify the provider within 14 days of receiving the goods that they are withdrawing from the contract, without having to state a reason for their decision.

The withdrawal period begins one day after the date of receipt of the products.

The buyer must communicate their withdrawal via email to: info@eka-design.com.

The buyer must return the goods to the provider no later than 14 days after notifying them of the withdrawal.

The goods must be undamaged, unused, and in the original packaging.

The return shipping costs are covered by the buyer.

The provider shall refund the full purchase price (including original delivery costs) no later than 14 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal; however, the provider may withhold the refund until the returned goods have been received.

Complaints and Material Defects
The provider is liable for material defects of the products in accordance with the provisions of the ZVPot-1 (Consumer Protection Act). The buyer must notify the provider of any defect within the legally prescribed period and allow for an inspection of the product.
