TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE EKA-DESIGN.COM ONLINE STORE
These Terms and Conditions have been drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1), the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-2), and the Electronic Commerce on the Market Act (ZEPT).

1. Accessibility of Information
The provider undertakes to always provide the buyer with the following information:
- company identity data,
- contact information for fast communication,
- essential characteristics of the products (crocheted and knitted handbags),
- delivery conditions and timeframes,
- clearly defined prices,
- methods of payment and delivery,
- explanation of the right to withdraw from the contract.
2. Product Offer and Prices
Due to the nature of the business (unique products), the offer on the website changes frequently. All prices are listed in Euros (€). As the provider is not a VAT registered entity, VAT is not included in the price. Prices are valid at the time the order is placed.
3. Order and Purchase Process
The purchase contract between the provider and the buyer is concluded at the moment the buyer places an order and receives a confirmation email. From this moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the provider and the buyer.
4. Methods of Payment
The eka-design.com store allows the following payment methods:
- Credit/Debit Card payments.
- PayPal.
5. Delivery
The provider delivers the goods within the agreed timeframe (usually 2–5 business days) via Pošta Slovenije.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Return of Goods
The buyer (consumer) has the right to notify the provider within 14 days of receiving the goods that they are withdrawing from the contract without having to state a reason for their decision.
The period begins one day after the date of receipt of the items.
The withdrawal must be communicated by the buyer to the email address: info@eka-design.com.
The buyer must return the goods to the provider no later than 14 days after notifying them of the withdrawal.
The goods must be undamaged, unused, and in their original packaging.
The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer.
The provider shall refund the full purchase price (including original delivery costs) no later than 14 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal, but may withhold the refund until the returned goods are received.
7. Complaints and Material Defects
The provider is liable for material defects of the products in accordance with the provisions of the ZVPot-1. The buyer must notify the provider of the defect within the statutory period and allow an inspection of the product.
8. Protection of Personal Data (GDPR)
The provider is committed to the permanent protection of all user personal data in accordance with ZVOP-2 and GDPR. Data will be used exclusively for sending informational materials, offers, invoices, and other necessary communication.
9. Complaints and Disputes
The provider complies with applicable consumer protection legislation. The provider makes every effort to fulfill its duty to establish an effective system for handling complaints. Complaints should be submitted via the company's email address. The company does not recognize any provider of out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes.
